My name is Elizabeth and I have been using Natural Medicine in practice for the past 12 years. I am a Naturopathic Practitioner who specializes in Blackmores Celloid Mineral Therapy, Profemme "Womens Natural Health Care" Homoeopathy, Biochemic Medicine and Nutritional Therapy. My aim is to educate people as to the awareness and decline of our general health, which is mainly due to the environmental atrocities which are taking place on an alarming scale.

Soil depletion, insecticides, Xeno Estrogens, water pollution, carbon emissions, viral and bacterial infections along with over use of antibiotics is taking its toll on our immune system. While stress, depression, anxiety and the demands from every day life put pressure upon our endocrine system, leaving us feeling fatigued and exhausted.

All of this will inevitably have a knock on effect on our immune system, and like  dominoes will eventually come tumbling down. By this stage the body is usually suffering from acidosis, candida and a severe vitamin and mineral depletion, which then is usually treated with allopathic medicine which masks the symptoms and suppresses the immune system. This in turn leaves you feeling even more fatigued, of course allopathic medicine obviously has its place, but the over use and unnecessary prescribing is not always the healthy option.

 "you can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a mineral deficiency."

Vitamins, enzymes and proteins are all dependent upon minerals, without them there would be no blood, bone, cartilage, or any other human function. Its sad to say, but our soils today are almost near to complete depletion of some of our most vital nutrients. So it is essential that our main priority when it comes to health, should be to make sure that we never allow ourselves to be starved of these essential nutrients, as malnutrition doesn't always show itself as the typical thin image that we have been exposed to over the years. Instead we now have a new generation which has become obese on empty calories, which in turn has created an epidemic of diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
